Warranty Policy

1. Scope

Tires supplied by AjlatX are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty terms where applicable. AjlatX acts as an authorized distributor and facilitates warranty support in line with each brand’s published policy and Saudi market requirements.

2. What is covered

Subject to manufacturer approval, warranty may apply to:

• Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.
• Premature tread wear or structural failure when documented and within stated mileage or time limits.
• Products supplied with valid invoice, serial/trace data and installation records where required.

3. What is not covered

Warranty does not typically cover:

• Road hazard damage, punctures, cuts or impact damage.
• Improper inflation, misalignment, overload or incorrect fitment.
• Racing, off-label use or operation outside the tire’s rated application.
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage or tires beyond manufacturer age or tread limits.
• Repairs or modifications not approved by the manufacturer or AjlatX.

4. How to submit a claim

Contact the AjlatX branch that supplied the tires or reach our sales team with your invoice, tire size, quantity, vehicle/application details and photos of the tire condition. Our team will review the case and coordinate with the manufacturer where applicable.

• Original tax invoice or delivery note.
• Tire size, brand and pattern (if known).
• Date of purchase and approximate mileage/hours in service.
• Clear photos of tread, sidewall and any damage area.

5. Resolution

Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, credit or adjustment according to the manufacturer’s policy. AjlatX will communicate the outcome and any required documentation. Decisions by the manufacturer or AjlatX quality review are final within the published policy terms.

6. SASO & compliance

AjlatX supplies tires in line with applicable Saudi standards (including SASO requirements where relevant). Warranty support is provided only for products sourced and distributed through authorized AjlatX channels.
